Providence Court Apartments are great overall but they have a very big infestion that all the neighbors are complaining about Providence Court Apartments are not quiet at all at night time all you hear is the upstairs neighbors playing their radio who wants that not me overall maintenance is pretty good but they give up on a problem before it even done like the roach infestation I personally wouldn't wouldn't recommend living here if you have children it's not very safe they're always teena gers… playing there near the dumpster in that glass down there it's near a wooded area the snakes bears and excetera are vicous and they come out at night and don't forget about one last little thing don't forget to close your window at night because a bat will fly in no seriously that's what happens there happened to my neighbor twice she move she didn't want that to happen again she has children there are two main neighbors bugging you if you smoke cigarettes nobody wants that not because they want you to stop because they wanted a few from you not happening overall Providence Court Apartments is sweet but salty ,holla Read More

This is a great apartment for the price especially in the area it's in. It's within a mile from cute downtown Media, PA which has plenty of nice places to if you're looking for something to do. They've been doing renovations of many of the apartments, so if you were to sign a lease you'd likely get a newly renovated apartment. The maintenance staff is quick and incredibly helpful, and the leasing managers are very understanding and helped me get moved in within a few days.
