Lived here a total of going into two years. Lived on the first floor over a year...GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE....but if you’re planning on moving into apartment 101 I advice you to look for another floor apartment unless you want to come home after working 12 hours to overflooded sinks and wet carpets due to your neighbors. They moved me to another floor unit on the 5th floor and I am very much happy. No maintenance issues, the occasional noisy neighbors but other than that my experience has... been great. I lived here for 5 years and I was very sad to have to move! The staff is courteous, accommodating, and always respectful of every tenet. The complex is a very safe and secure area. It’s a great place to call home!

I am writing this review because I finally found a place that makes me happy to say I live there. I have lived in this area for 8 years. I love the convenience of nearby stores. I love the peacefulness of the community and activities to do too so I wanted to stay in the area. I looked at other places but didn't feel comfortable signing a lease for those places. This place was so refreshing for me. It's peaceful and mostly quiet every single day. I love love that. Mostly nice neighbors too... . And the staff is very personable. Maintenance handles your issues promptly. The company keeps the place clean and winter isn't that bad. The snow trucks are always out. I am glad to live here. I would recommend it for someone looking for a quiet place with nice amenities. No water bill. No gas bill. Read More
