ROACHES

I lived here in 2021 for one year, the roaches are HORRENDOUS!!!! I asked to be put on a list for exterminators and was never put on it, I had to consistently ask for one to come out. Once he did, he sprayed for two seconds and left.
Maintenance does not come out unless rent is threatened to be withheld. Our AC unit had mold in it, I reached out 3 times before anyone came out and when they did all they did was scrub it with a cleaner (no testing of what kind of mold or anything)
Parking sucks,... snow removal also sucked.
garbage was constantly overflowing

Pest problem and slow repairs

Pest problem for months now from nasty tenants and if you're clean you still have to deal with the problem. Maintenance is short staffed so repairs are taking awhile to get fixed.

Roaches are your neighbors!!

BEWARE HEALTH HAZARD!!!DON’T PICK THIS PLACE!! Unless you want to live with ROACHES!!! Management claims it comes from tenants. It doesn’t it comes from outside. Garbage and liter all over the property, hallways are not cleaned,

Decent Apartment for Price

Decent Apartment for Price.
1 Bed apartment is 800 sqft.
Washer/Dryer in unit.
Excellent Maintenance staff
Front office Madeline and Jackie are awesome.
Manger leaves much to be desired. Unresponsive to email and phone calls.
