DONT DO IT!!

I lived here for 2 years and I’m so glad to finally be done with the Brandywine agency. This was my first apartment so I didn’t realize any of the red flags, had I did I would have not stayed here. They don’t care about tenants & the place is a mess!

HORRABLE

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I MOVED IN ON THE 14 Of DEC & MOVED RIGHT BACK OUT 15 DEC IT WAS SO DISGUSTING THEIR WAS ROACHES COMING OUT THE TUB PILES OF ANTS ON THE FLOOR STOVE HAD MOLD , REFRIDGE HAD FOOD STILL IN IT FROZEN ABSOULTY DISGUSTING !!!!! WINDOW SEALS HAD DEAD ROCHES EVERY CORNER OF THE HOUSE HAD SPIDER WEBS IN THE BACK THEY HAD PILED UP COUCHES OUTSIDE THAT THEY NEVER GOT RID OFF !!! NEIGHBORS HAD PILED UP GARBAGE OUT SIDE THIER DOORS IT WAS ABSOLUTY DISGRACEFULL PLEASE DO NOT... LOOK FOR APARTMENTS HERE I HAVE PICTURES AS WELL
