not worth the luxury price
it's a nice place to live over all. the common spaces are great and there really is a community feel. however it seems like westrum focuses more on aesthetics than quality. people have been getting stuck in the elevators and let out by the fire dept. maintenance has had to come in to all apts to check utility closets 4x the past month. you can hear neighbors clearly through the walls when they are just speaking at normal volume. the wifi in the coworking spaces are extremely slow and can only... really handle email.
when budgeting plan for ~100 in monthly fees above the listed rent and the electric rate is variable so it can jump 3x in a month and then go back down but there isn't notice ahead of time.
it's starting to feel like i was better off paying lower rent at a simpler but more comfortable place.
