Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM, both outside and inside. Conversations, TV/Music should be in a respectful tone during these hours. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending the night or not. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked/covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages to the furniture/appliances will be billed. The cleaning staff does not do dishes, so please wash your dishes before check-out. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including but not limited to paper towels, wipes (even flushable), condoms, hair, and foreign objects.
