THE RENT: Annual lease for $825/mo. Monthly option available for a slight premium. One month deposit and $300 move-in fee. Last months’ rent needed for annual lease only.
THE UTILITIES: $175/mo covers all Gas, Water, Electric, Wi-Fi, and Monthly Housekeeping.
