This apartment is in a city/urban setting, so there is potential for residual noise from many different areas of the building. No smoking, vaping, marijuana, burning candles, incense, or any open flames are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar get-togethers are allowed. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM. Guests must be 25+ years of age to make a reservation. Pets are not allowed without prior written consent. For stays of 1–6 nights, the pet fee is $50 per pet; for 7–21 nights, it's $100 per pet; and for 21+ nights/monthly, it's $175 per pet (maximum $175 per pet per month). An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time. Additional cleaning services are available at $100 per hour. A lost key/key fob or parking access swipe card will incur a $300 charge, and a lost parking pass tag will incur a $150 charge. Failure to send a photo of any keys, passes, or remotes will result in a $50 charge.
