This centrally located apartment is the perfect home base for exploring Philadelphia, convenient daily activities, cheap foods around and close walking distance to all bus stations and train stations. Everything is walkable distance. Washer and dryer is shared with everyone in the common building located in the basement not in the unit. Two beds and one bath apartment. Small pets are allowed with a $50 fee per pet per month but dogs are not allowed. First and last months rent is paid in advance with a $1750 security deposit in place totaling $5,250.
