No interior cameras are present. There is a no-smoking, no-parties, and no-events policy. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment. Unauthorized late check-out will incur an additional $75 every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. Lost keys, key fobs, or parking access swipe cards will result in a $300 charge. Lost parking pass tags will result in a $200 charge. Failure to send a photo of associated parking passes, keys, key fobs, garage remotes, or swipe cards will result in a $100 charge. Unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest or pet. Hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee is $100/hour. Every first Tuesday of the month there is a required inspection and preventative pest treatment. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. No loud music or disturbances. Do not disrespect neighbors.
