A parking garage is located around the corner on 2nd Street - Autopark Olde City. Street parking is available after 8 pm daily and all weekend, but please read signs carefully as towing is enforced. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for stays of 21+ nights or monthly. Guests must provide pet details for approval, and failure to comply with pet policies may result in additional charges.

Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm. No mail/package deliveries are allowed. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Always lock the door. Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The host is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Two options for damage protection are offered: a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver or a fully refundable Security Deposit.
