Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for 7-21 nights, and a maximum of $175 per pet per month for stays of 21+ nights and monthly bookings. Guests must complete a verification process, including government-issued photo ID, signing a rental agreement, and information verification. A refundable security deposit of $200 or a nonrefundable damage waiver of $29 applies. Mail/package deliveries are not allowed. No candles, incense, or open flames are permitted. Always lock the door. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged $50 per night, per guest/pet. Late check-out fees apply at $75 every 30 minutes after 11 am. Extra cleaning fees are $100/hour. Lost front entrance key fobs will incur a $250 charge. Lost parking passes or swipe cards will result in a $250 charge. Lost TV, fan, or AC remote controls will incur a $100 charge. Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 charge and a potential $100/hour cleaning fee, plus a $250 ozone treatment. For long-term stays, guests are required to remove garbage from the home and may be responsible for city fines. Monthly inspections of the home will occur with 24-hour prior notice.
