Excessive noise, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund. There is a $50 charge per night for each undeclared or unauthorized extra guest or pet. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, also incurring a $500 ozone treatment.
