Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM. An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. Late check-out will incur a fee of $75 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time. Additional cleaning services are available at $100 per hour. A $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment will be applied for smoking of any kind. A lost key/key fob or parking access swipe card will incur a fee of $300, and a lost parking pass tag will incur a fee of $150.
