Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited, and the violation fee is $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs. Reservations may be canceled without refund if any of the house rules are violated. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a $50 per person, per night fee for undisclosed guests or pets. Late check-out will result in a charge of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. Guests are responsible for trash disposal, and fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility.
