Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited, with a violation fee of $1,000 plus a $500 ozone treatment and cleaning costs. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a $50 per person, per night fee for undisclosed guests or pets. Late check-out will incur a fee of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. The fee for a lost key/fob is $300 and the fee for a lost parking pass tag is $150. Guests are responsible for trash disposal, and fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility.
