There might be worse apartments but they would be tough to find. There is unbearable construction noise nearly 24/7, the apartments themselves seem very cheap, and now management has started renting out the common spaces so residents can’t even use them. My advice: there are plenty of better options for the same price..keep looking!

I have loved living in this apartment. It is smack dab in the middle of the city and so close to everything! I love that is has the lounge upstairs, its great for when you want to have more people over then can fit in your apartment. The gym is also so convenient, especially if it is raining or snowing, you don't have the leave the building! The doormen are so nice and helpful, and the building is always clean. Highly recommend living here!

Great place to live if you are looking for a modern living space in the heart of Philly.

I really enjoy living in the Avenir building. It is across the street from the Ritz Carlton condominiums and hotel. There is active construction across the street, but it will be an awesome W Hotel, making the neighborhood even more desirable to live in. Supposedly the luxurious new W Hotel will be finished this year too. Rittenhouse Square is only a 5 minute walk away. The nearby new Love Park should be opening this summer. Libery Place with it's shopping and restaurants is one block away.... There are very nice bars and restaurants too. The front desk people in the building are very friendly and courteous. The gym on the top floor is great too. Elevators are fast, and never a wait. The building is very new, like a year old only. So everything is new in the building. I really enjoy living here! Read More
