PROS: Nice Location
CONS: serious mice problems
Trash bins fill up and trash is always scattered making parking lot look bad. No intercom for at least 3 years. If you move here make sure you get an apartment on the top floor most of the tenants are inconsiderate and walk hard over your head complained several times management does nothing. Packages come up missing a lot of times too. Everything in the apartment is cheap and old. Parking lot fills up quickly.

You have to send several emails to get a response and forget getting a callback. Communication stinks! Fixing anything is a cheap patch job. The intercom system has not worked for at least 7 years. The Owners are too cheap to fix or replace it. So, you have to leave your apartment to let guests in the front door instead of buzzing them in.

Nice location- Noise level is ridiculous- serious mice problem- definitely not smoke free- parking lot fills up leaving tenant parking illegally or on the street. trash pile up quickly in parking lot Trash bin. And they have a nerve to go up on rent every year not $20 to $30 but $70 plus. Cheap carpets that rise up. If you decide to move here please Take an apartment on the top Floor as some of the tenants are very inconsiderate walking hard stomping ect. Manager does nothing about it.

I have been here since Dec. 2013. If there were any Maintenance problems they were taken care of in a timely manner. As my need to down size I looked no further than here in this well kept community. Come check out this hidden off the street cottage
