Arrive at the community and immediately fall in love with the open courtyard and Tudor-style buildings that surround it. The courtyard is well-maintained and invites you to explore the rest of the community! Once inside the apartment, you will love the spacious living room which is complete with wide-plank flooring, tall ceilings, and large windows which allow tons of natural light to pour in.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes tile flooring, shaker-style cabinets with brushed nickel hardware, quartz countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, four-burner gas range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. There is a subway tile backsplash which adds the perfect pop of character and brings the entire design together! Additionally, the kitchen is large enough for a moveable island or four-seat dining set if you'd like to create an eat-in kitchen!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR FULL DEPOSIT

Do not waste time even visiting any Bay management apartments. They are scammers, they have TERRIBLE bug issue because of water damage in the actual building that they are just patching up. (pretty sure it's mold somewhere) I'm talking centipedes, ants, spiders, wasps and random bugs. They will take you to court to try to evict you even after you constantly tried to resolve the issues with them, and they were just BS the entire time and lawyered up (without resolving anything at all) They had... plumbing issues, and the heater wasn't working since i moved in and it never got fixed (they need a new system but they are too cheap to replace anything) and they had a roof issue (took them until september fix a leak that occured in April 2025. (I have proof of it all). I even talked to their lawyer and managed to work something out in court (not in front of a judge which was my mistake) and they scammed me out my deposit even after working out an agreement which was to move out and get my full deposit back but they didn't uphold their end of the deal. So please don't waste your time here, the layout of the unit is nice but I'd be scared to see what's inside those walls. They also failed inspection twice!! the management makes living there very stress-induced.

Not great, bad area of the city

These apartments could be great but the owners have done the bare minimum of upgrades, but charge luxury apt prices. My apartment was unfinished when I moved in despite their promise to make certain repairs before hand. Also the neighborhood is terrible. My car was vandalized the first week I moved in. Other neighbors had their cars vandalized also. Windows busted with glass every where. You can’t get deliveries to your home either because people will steal them from off of your doorstep. Could... be the neighbors stealing but who really knows. This is a dangerous area.

Large rooms Quiet Location w Modern Amenities

We were approved for a 3 bedroom but currently residing in a 2bed rm that has a cute little balcony. 24 hour maintenance, It is has Tons of closet space Washer Dryer in unit and a Beautiful Well Kept Lawn. I want to thank Lauren for being so patient and helpful with this entire application process!!!!!
