Lennox Apartments

Mold on the ceilings of a supposedly renovated apartment. Maintenance request takes about a month and when the person does come they’re high on drugs and just seem sketchy. There a pest problem and the building always smells. Holes in the ceiling in the hallway. Honestly just not worth the headache or price

Very old building but compared to the older pictures on Google they’re a lot better. The neighboring areas going more west are a lot more expensive so this a great place for cheap in a cute neighborhood for most part. Maintenance could do a lot better but the office is respectful and easy to work with. This a great little middle ground for cheap and a nice neighborhood.

This place is a complete health hazard. Mold, mice, crazy management, dirty hallways, dirty moldy laundry room, lies about a “gym” that they don’t have. Do your research before coming here

I would do a google search on this apartment, they have been in the news every year for power outages in the middle of winter that lasted weeks. It's not safe, the doors are screwed together from prior break ins. If it rains heavy the roof caves. This place is not fit for occupancy. There are rodents and several types of bug infestations. It's cheap for a reason you get what you pay for there is no gym and the "amenities" listed is non existent.

this place is horrible. constant power outages, dirty buildings with holes in the ceilings. they advertised a gym but that's a lie, shady power company that you HAVE to use.n Mice running around the building.. so many things wrong with this place
