Best Apartments in Center City!

We moved to the Lyndon after 18 unhappy months at the Broderick down the street. What a relief. The Lydon is brand new; in the perfect location; staffed with great, receptive people; full of amenities; and the best bang for the buck in Center City.

Every detail of our apartment far exceeds any other new apartment in the area (and we've seen them all). Crown molding, beautiful colors, high ceilings, stainless appliances, gas range (yes, gas), tons of cabinet space, incredibly quiet (Neighbors?... What neighbors?) huge windows with views of Washington Square or Independence Hall, walk-in closets.... and all for a really reasonable price. We used to pay far more for no amenities and horrible renovations.

The staff is great, from the concierges, to Molly in the leasing office, to the maintenance staff.

Amenities: full gym, yoga studio with on-demand fitness, golf simulator, theater, pool table/shuffleboard, chef's kitchen that can be reserved for private dinners, fireplace, conference room, library, 2-day dry cleaning service (and hopefully cold storage *hint* *hint*).

Truly, we've never seen a better apartment building for this price anywhere in Center City.
