Beware of Rude Management

This apartment has a great maintenance team, and overall, the property is well-kept. However, I found the manager and owner to be unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the experience difficult. Be sure to clarify the sublease and rental rules before signing a contract, as there is a possibility that your deposit may not be returned. It's important to discuss this in advance to avoid surprises later
