I have been a tenant here since Jan 2018 since I have been here I have advocated for better living conditions. So far we have a parking lot for tenants, cameras updated security and a laundry room which none of this was operational when I moved here. I can say now that this apartment complex is better than when I moved in. Which is a plus for future tenants

Save your money!!! Abuse of management practices

The management team just cares about your money!! The mice are running rampant (I can't tell you how many I killed being there over a yr now.) There is no exterminator that comes and service. If you asked to be put on the exterminator list maintenance brings sticky traps and posion They have hidden fees in the lease that are not
spelled out in the lease which you are not legally bind to pay if not specified in the agreement. I'm still waiting to hear from management to talk about my lease but… they don't care. When asked to be transferred to another unit due to the neighbor above constantly stomping ;my emails get ignored, residents have to walk outside to the dumpster which is at least 20feet or more from the building to dump trash. One laundry facility have to be shared with two buildings. They definitely practice abuse of management they will ignore you and won't return calls. Stay away!! Save your money!!!

Don’t do it.

These people are the horrible. They don’t respond or contact you when you have issues in the building. They raised my rent by $100 dollars. The people in the main office take 2 hour lunches and nobody seems to want to let you speak with management. To add, my apt was infested with roaches when I moved in.
