Infested with mice & roaches . It doesn’t matter how clean you are you will see them in your apartment. Hallways smells like pee and the elevators shut down often. The fire alarms go off frequently & the water always shut off during the day .

I only lived here for a few months and this was the worse experience of my life. 2022 into 2023 so this is a VERY RECENT review. However, I have been complaining since 5days after me moving in and everyday since. The halls and living areas smell of urine all the time, trash all around the building, leasing office VERY unprofessional. They don't get back to you in a timely fashion, try to hide when they see you, issues in your apartment could take more than a week for them to look at. More than a… month! The good reviews you see is Domingo and his staff. No one is ever in the leasing office to deal with issues, they hire ANYONE to be a maintenance man. They do quick fixed jobs to cover up issues, never creating real solutions. NO HOT WATER in the mornings--almost EVERYDAY! There is this stray black cat that roams the halls in the basement and sometimes gets upstairs. The basement is not secure meaning ANYTHING can get into the building. You will be moving to this place at your very own demise. You will not be happy. Some apartments are newly renovated and nice. But the upkeep of the building, management, and maintenance is very POOR! Seriously.. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF! DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU. The place is also infested with roaches. I believe it is a nest of roaches somewhere hidden in that building, they never go away! Other residents throwing trash over the banisters and Regency allowing the trash to sit for days and weeks. Leaks ALL over the building. YOU name it. They do NOT care about their residents ONLY about the money. They don't care how bad you suffer. The management is dishonest and untrustworthy. Not to mention the building itself is just a health and safety hazard. You do not want this place for your family. The building has great potential.... but needs the right management. Regency Village is beautiful!! All the apartments were recently redone and are fresh and feel new! Also the property manager Nery is fantastic. So easy to speak to and she tries really hard to help you in any way possible. Definitely worth looking at if you are seeking an apartment in this neighborhood.

This place has been put under new management since August 2021 and since then it's been a different building! The new management is amazing! Nery, the new property manager is very responsive and deals with all issues timely and with a smile.
They have already replaced three elevators with brand new ones. They are renovating a bunch of apartments and hallways and really transforming the building!!
It has become a really great place to live and raise a family
