The Bromley Loom House

The location of the building is very convenient with easy access to Center City. However, I am not sure if convenience is worth your sleep and mental health. The neighbors and upkeep of the building have been a big problem. I’ve never lived in a place that allows pets to urinate/defecate anywhere inside and outside the building with no consequences. I’ve stepped over actual poop to enter the elevator, urine smell has completely overtaken the courtyard seating area! Pet owners here let their pets... do whatever and the smell of the building is terrible! Management tries to cover it by providing gel air scents instead of addressing tenants. Tenants play loud music and have parties constantly and management does nothing about it. Despite the lease stating no loud music after a certain time, music will be heard as late as 3am and as early as 6am. I’ve had to address my neighbors personally which is not okay and still didn’t change anything.

Honestly, if you care about your well being and handle yourself and place you live with care, don’t bother living at Bromley Loom House. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Read More

Rating would be higher if literally this building wasn't filled with some of the most insufferable inconsiderate neighbors you could ask for. The pet owners are also pretty gross here.

The space is pretty nice and the L is right across the street. Your life will be better if you park your car and take the train / bike or walk trust me.

They did a really nice job with this building. Thoughtful finishes. Great value compared to the other buildings in the area.
