Loved my time at the Chancellor

I really enjoyed my time (5Y) living at The Chancellor. The building is well maintained, clean, and feels safe, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything Center City has to offer.

Another big plus is the affordability. For the location and overall quality of the building, I always felt like I was getting a great value.

Overall, I loved living at The Chancellor and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a… clean, safe, well-managed, and reasonably priced place to live in Center City Philadelphia. If I didn't have to relocate for work I'd still be living there

Best property management!

I have had the unfortunate luck of moving consistently for the past decade, and the Chancellor is without a doubt the best management team I have worked with. If you can handle the quirks that come with an old building in the noisy part of the city, you cant go wrong here.

This property is great!

I have been living here for two years and have nothing but good things to say about the apartment. The staff has been great and very friendly. Any time I had an issue with anything in the apartment, the maintenance team addressed it promptly—usually within the same day I submitted a request.

Excellent Property and Staff

I cannot say enough good things about The Chancellor. What makes The Chancellor special is the staff - although the property is lovely and our daughter has always felt very safe! Franceina and Vera are gems and will treat you like family - not just "another tenant". They took an interest in the lives of our students who lived there! The building was always clean, secure and well maintained!! Highly recommend The Chancellor! We would NOT be moving is University of the Arts had not closed.

Unbelievable Staff and Property

My daughter and friends have lived in Chancellor for the past year. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Chancellor - they TRULY CARE! We were always treated like more than "just a tenant" and I knew my daughter was in a safe, wonderful place. The apartment was amazing! Had University of the Arts not closed, she and her friends would have been there until they graduated. If you are considering a place in Center City, The Chancellor is truly the best!
