This is genuinely the worst property management group I have ever encountered IN MY LIFE. They do not care about residents, they ignore every request I made and allow other residents to openly steal packages without doing anything to help. Awful people, awful company, they treat the tenants like GARBAGE. They should be shut down.

The new management company has been great! The tenant portal makes it easy to pay rent and submit work orders - very happy so far and renewed my lease.

The management won’t pick up tenants calls or respond to emails. They close out work orders without resolving the issues but are quick to charge tenants extra although they are at fault
