I lived at 4323 Spruce for almost 3 years and it was everything I expected and more. Vibrant neighborhood; loved the real wood floors, washer and dryer, and island kitchen. The maintenance team always went out of their way to fix any issues I had, and I think The Ivy made some efforts to make things even better (esp. the outdoor space and gym access at 4317) in the last year I was there.
