The Ledger Residences

I’ve lived in this apartment building for over two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From day one, the management team has been incredibly responsive and friendly – they make you feel like more than just a tenant. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually within a day, and the building is always clean and well-maintained.

The amenities are amazing: a modern gym, beautiful city views, and a cozy common area that’s perfect for working or relaxing. The... neighborhood is fantastic too, with lots of restaurants, shops, and parks within walking distance. There’s also a real sense of community here – the building often hosts social events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected.

My apartment is just SO special, with unparalleled view of Independence Park.

Makes it hard to move anywhere else, especially with my pupster (building is very pet friendly).

The Ledger has seen a lot of management turnover since I moved in. We experienced quite a few issues, particularly a lack of communication and empathy, as fire alarms rang incessantly.

For the past few months however… more frequent resident events, proactive communication from the staff, and faster maintenance.

I moved into The Ledger Residences in Philly about a month ago, and I'm still loving it here! The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the moving process a breeze. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with stunning views of Independence Park. The community is also very welcoming and friendly, with regular events that allow me to connect with other residents and make new friends.
