    Favorite place i've ever lived

    Landlords are the nicest people. The apartment is so well constructed. You can't hear your neighbors above, below, side by side (unless someone is being extremely loud for whatever reason, even then its minimal). But having such well built apartments, great landlords, and the amenities.. I keep just upgrading to a bigger unit instead of leaving! The only downside is that if you're in a front facing unit, it gets very warm all times of year during the day. curtains have to stay mostly closed in… the summer and in the winter I still end up using my AC during the day because if the windows are open it heats up the place on it's own, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. Worst is height of summer you're blasting the AC pretty much 24/7 but theres worst things. Love this place
