The View at Manayunk Apartments

Hi, I Have to say that I have lived in many apartments, I was skeptical at first because of the reviews about parking, well I have been here 2 months and I ever have an issue , I always have a place to park right in front of the building, but at the end of a hard day, you go home to a great place to live, everything is New and Clean, everyone is friendly and polite , and my doggy is so happy to run and fun in the dog park across the street, the view from the Roof is just Beautiful, like I said… I hate to move, I will be here for a long time to come, Thank you , Read More

I’ll start by saying don’t let the disgruntled review fool you – this is a fantastic place to live. Coming from someone who lived around the corner and rented from a “local landlord” in a rat and roach infested apartment that had such bad sewage problems that I was forced out of the house for a month, I can tell you that living here is a breath of fresh air. While the parking can bit scarce sometimes, I have not had a problem since moving in, and have been able to find parking on the block… without fail for weeks. The apartment itself is very nice with quality flooring and appliances. There have been a few minor inconveniences due to the fact that it is still partially under construction, but Nancy has gone out of her way to make these issues right. The roof decks are a nice touch and the view is fantastic. The maintenance staff is very nice and helpful. All around this has been a great living experience so far! Read More

I am extremely picky when it comes to my expectations of where I live. I have been living at The View at Manayunk for about a week now and I must say this apartment meets ALL expectations from the property manager Nancy to the NEW sleek design to the layers and layers of security! Nancy has been nothing short of fantastic. She made this process stress free, quick and easy. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and it is sooooo beautiful. The building is brand new so everything is new, neat and… clean. I love the design and layout of my apartment. There are no mice, rodents, insects, etc. There is a dog park across the street and a rooftop deck with the most amazing view. Everyone is so nice and friendly... Conveniently located near Main st. I absolutely LOVE my apartment! I do not have an issue with parking AT ALL. in fact, I park in front of the building everyday in the same spot. Never have to go searching for parking. The building is still being renovated however, the workers are respectful and finish working at a reasonable time. The walls are NOT thin which is great! It shows that they did not go cheap on the apartment. I legit can't say it enough I LOVE MY APARTMENT :) I would recommend to anyone looking for a sleek, modern, secure, pet friendly place to live with NO Rodents or mice. You will thank me later!
