Leased a Broken Apartment

I was moved into an apartment without working appliances. More than two weeks later no one from the company has done anything about it. The only person we can talk to is a receptionist who does not know anything. She is also the person who responds to all emails.

They lied about it

Super loud. They say it is 1200 sqft but it is closer to 800. Hot water, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, and washing machine didn’t work when we arrived and it took nearly a week to fix some of them. Hot water now is scalding hot and the washing machine still doesn’t work. They are super wishy washy about everything. No views of the river, no amenities. Grill on roof is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe I signed a lease with this scam of a company.
