They operate 24/7 for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside any unit or in private spaces. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and a lost key fob incurs a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
