Maintenance request is taking time to address. Finding a parking space in the night is a big issue. Even after having parking decal, parking is an issue

Old apartment with nice greenery . In high rise buildings you will get some smells from different apartment. Make sure to visit and book the home

Living here mainly for the convenient downtown commute. The property is average and could be better maintained.Convenient for downtown access, but maintenance and overall resident experience leave room for improvement.

The community is lively in summer. The playing area is filled with kids. It has gym facility also. The maintenance team is bit slow, it almost took a month to get a plumbing issue b resolved.
