"I have really enjoyed my time as a resident here. The community is lovely and the staff is usually very helpful.
Given the diverse cultures in our community, it would be beneficial to increase monitoring to ensure everyone follows the rules. Sometimes, those of us who comply face the consequences of others' actions, which can lead to blunt or tense communication from the office.
Overall, it is a great place to live, and I share this feedback constructively to help maintain a positive… environment for everyone."

Closer to the downtown, airport, shopping area, mall etc... Easy access to the bus stand, quite and friendly community. Some inconviniance with pest control maintanance and emptying cabinates every month. For last several months a major issues with elevator in high rise. laundry facility is operated by third party so if any issues it take time to get resolved as no help from rental office other wise all good. Safe and Kids friendly community

I’ve had a good experience living at Carriage Park Apartments. The community is peaceful, the location is convenient, and the apartment has been comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are also handled professionally. Clean and Green environment with all major grocery stores are near by. Good public transport facility near to the apartments. But bit old buildings and make sure to check before you book

Stay Away — Extremely Disappointing Experience

My experience with this property and management company has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend doing your research before signing a lease.

During move-out, I was charged a furniture removal fee for items that I had never seen or owned. When I asked for evidence showing that the items came from my unit, I was not provided with documentation establishing that connection. In my opinion, residents should not be charged for items without clear evidence that they are actually… responsible for them.

Maintenance has also been a major issue. Requests can take a long time to be addressed, and there were frequent maintenance problems during my time here. The elevator was particularly frustrating. There were times when it was out of service for more than a month. After one extended outage, the compensation offered was a free pizza, which felt especially inadequate for residents living on higher floors or anyone with mobility limitations.

Parking is another ongoing mess, and overall the property gives the impression that management is focused on keeping costs down rather than providing a reliable living experience for residents.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would also be cautious about renting at other properties managed by the same company and would encourage prospective residents to thoroughly research both the property and management company before signing anything.
