Communication from the office is bad. The noise in my building from the folks upstairs is bad. The choice from the higher-ups not to fix/replace intercoms is bad.
Only good thing is that the replaced my AC and furnace and my electric bills dropped a lot.

Nice environment…communication to stores and downtown is very good.. pest control in every three months…management is good but sometimes they seems rude..
