elevators in the building have not been workin
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and unacceptable.
For the past 25 days, both elevators in the building have not been working. I live on a top floor, and this has severely impacted daily life—carrying groceries, going to work, even basic movement in and out of the building has become exhausting and unreasonable.
What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability from management. Every time we reach out in person, we’re told to “send an email.” When we do... , we receive the same generic copy-paste responses with no real updates, no timeline, and no follow-up. It feels like no one is actually taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
After 25 days, “we are working on it” is not an acceptable answer anymore. This is a basic facility, not a minor inconvenience. There has been zero transparency about what’s being done, why it’s taking so long, or when it will be fixed.
We also requested reasonable accommodations like rent reduction or lease flexibility, given that a core service of the building is unavailable—but those requests were denied. At the same time, tenants are still expected to pay full rent and even penalties to break the lease. That’s simply unfair.
Another concern is the reviews here. Residents are often encouraged to leave positive feedback, which makes the overall rating misleading. This experience does not reflect the reality of living here.
This situation has made day-to-day living unnecessarily difficult and stressful. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice. Basic maintenance and tenant support should not be this hard to get.
