love it

i have lived in these apartments off and on since 2012. i left for a year and missed it so i decided to come back. you cant beet all utilities included. the apartments are nice and just the perfect size for my small family. They are in the process of updating the apartments and i am transferring to a new one soon. yes there are some nosy neighbors but that's apartment living. i mind my own business so they don't bother me. i love the baldwin/whitehall school district. i am very happy living here… and would recommend it to anyone looking to live in a nicer area without paying an arm and a leg to do so.

Churchview Garden Apts.

I live in a two bedroom apt. at Churchview Garden Apts. in Pittsburgh, Pa. 15236. Been here in this apt. complex almost two yrs. I do not like it at all! Have dealt with harrassment for about a yr. I'm disabled, & keep to myself, & do not bother people. I mind my own business, & still there are people that can't leave others alone. I want my own small house, or townhouse, or duplex. Where people can leave me alone. I am a good tenant, that has put up with lies, harrassment, & eavesdropping… people far too long already... And, I do deserve much better!!!! I rate my apt. as not a good place to live... There is a sewer drain in a bedroom closet. Is not a good, healthy arrangement for me. Overall rating, Not Good for Me!!!
