City Vista

I’m writing this review for Shane and the cv team! Everyone is great and welcoming! Shane has gone above and beyond for all of our requests! Our ice maker didn’t work a few days after we moved in Shane had it working the next morning with ease! We appreciate you!

I have lived in my apartment for a couple years and for the most part I really like it. It’s nice because it’s close enough to the city but just far enough away. I feel very safe here and the staff is always awesome especially Sunny! My only con would be that sometimes I hear my neighbors above and below me and it can be hard to block it out when music is playing loudly or your neighbors are on their patio talking loudly at night. I have nothing to compare this to. City Vista was my first apartment (and I am a senior citizen). I was looking for safety and that need was met. I felt secure during my 3 1/2 years. I liked the layout of my 2 bedroom apartment and I had a spacious end apartment porch for furniture and "garden".

Pros: Car wash and vacuum area, full sized appliances, 24 hr access to packages, pool and gym. Helpful staff who knew me.

Con: Trash compacter in a seperate building.

This is by far the worst complex that I have ever lived. They use the term “luxury” but there is nothing luxury about the place. Save your money and time as this place will only cause you headaches.

Apartment is spacious and good but expensive, high utility fees. Too much noise and inconvenience from apartments above, manager says find your own house. Compliant over 7 months not taken care of, these days dog poop everywhere.
