This place is horrible management sucks nothing gets done, all maintenance does is cut grass!!! If you have a leak or anything else wrong with your appt it won't get done no matter how many times you tell them!!! Our appt wasn't even completely cleaned before they moved us in. Worst place ever!!!

I've been living at the Cloverleaf Village Apartments for about two years now. It's a quick commute to the Southside of Pittsburgh, where I work. The rent is reasonable for the area and there is plenty to do. Typically, issues are handled relatively quickly, but the longer I live here the quicker things seem to be falling apart. It seems you get what you pay for with this place, and really it's not a lot. Management seems to have a lot of turnover which makes it difficult to get issues... resolved as well.
