so great. i've lived here for a few years. moved here as an undergrad and was skeptic because of old reviews, but fortunate that owners took them and fixed all old damage. very well-kept and manageable as a young student trying to figure out life. i have great neighbors and wonderful living time.

Well, I have lived here 18 years now, so this will be an honest review...I like the apartments and the people, however there are several things that need to be done on a regular basis, and that has slowly decreased in the past several years...Internal upkeep. cleaning, painting and maintaining the refuse for each building are the major complaints. The object of this has been due to increasing cost of supplies, and the owners refuse to spend money for improving the property both inside and... outside. The security features have to be improved with the lighting and security of the grounds. Security people would rather sleep than to do their jobs by patrolling....this review is just my opinion and I will be firm by saying that it is true.....only have my opinion, and do not have the financial means to improve the problems, but we all hope that the new owners will appreciate my comments
