The management here has a pattern of advertising lower rent prices to attract tenants but then unexpectedly increasing utility charges without clear explanations. Many tenants have reported being charged for utilities like:

• Sewer bill back
• Storm water bill back
• Trash bill back
• Water bill back
• Service fees

Despite multiple requests, there is no proof or breakdown of how these… charges are calculated, and the amounts seem to vary each month. Some tenants were even promised a flat-rate utility charge, only to find themselves paying inconsistent fees without explanation. Whilst Some tenants are made to pay lesser flat rates charges for their utility fee, others are also made to pay higher charges (non-flat rate) for the same utilities listed above.

They lie to you about prices and they got a bug problem not a clean sanitary apartment complex. Not to mention cops are always in the neighborhood and they have sketchy behavior all the time. I would give this rating a zero if I could

Apartments are overpriced and the units are anything but clean I lived here for 6 years and nothing has changed they have a roach problem and there have been complaints about bed bugs and they always have a excuse to the problem and nothing changes. DONT MOVE HERE.
