Management does not seem to respect residents and has been regularly sending everyone condescending/accusatory community notices and threats of fines. Electric bill is astronomical every single January for some reason — electric company can only say there is higher usage and management just says to ask electric company, with no follow up from management to DLC despite the repeated issue every year at the same time indicating a systematic issue.
