The apartment is nice but I had a very difficult and long process to get a correct lease. All the staff members say very different, conflicting things and don’t make any effort to take accountability for their mistakes. It is very frustrating dealing with solving any issues that arise.
The package system is absolutely horrible. After business hours, the packages sit outside and very easily get stolen. I've had a package lost during business hours on a weekday, and still no accountability or... efforts to rectify their mistakes. It should be top priority to develop a better solution to keep packages safe. I should not have to chase down my package the minute it gets delivered to a "luxury" apartment out of fear of it being lost/stolen. Also, I had no access to my mailbox for my entire first month living here. The leasing office couldn't even access it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from apartments priced at where they are. The leasing office and staff needs to do a whole lot better.

Not worth the money. 1 out of 5 elevators work most of the time. They told me they would be in and out of my appt in 45 minutes to add in new WiFi. They were in my apartment for 4 hours and left holes in my ceilings and walls. Plus dust and nails all over when they were done. One time I got locked out of my apartment and called over 20 times to be let in. No one answered and I had to sleep in one of the common areas. The people who work there are nice buts that's about it

Any concerns following vendor work should be reported... directly to the office so they can be reviewed. After-hours emergency contact procedures, including lockout assistance, are posted and available to residents. We do appreciate your recognition of our staff and their professionalism, and we remain committed to maintaining a well-managed community.

For the past 2 years that I've lived here, I have felt very comfortable and I love my apartment. The amenities (such as the gym, the 7th floor community room, ad the music rooms) are very nice.

It's extremely hard to reach anyone in management through the phone or email, especially as everyone has billing issues with wrong charges etc. that requires a timely response from management. Charges are also ambiguous.
