The Alden

I took a tour here and wasn’t very sure how I would feel, I decided to come on the tour and was met with a leasing agent named Cali. She was very kind and took the time to show me the community as well as the amenities. She even knew about the surrounding area and the places to go. She showed me the pool which looked fairly big, I couldn’t see it because the snow covered it but it was nice. I mentioned I had a daughter and she gave me endless things and ideas to do around the area which I... appreciated. She showed me the several playground and we drove by the library. Other tours I have been on the leasing agents do not seem to care about you but your money. I was greeted with a smile and offers of refreshments and I left with a smile on my face. This tour I wasn’t rushed, she encouraged me to take photos and videos and took her time. Tours I have been on in the past at other apartments I felt like it was on their time, I was rushed and then had a pllicarion shoved in my face. I am unsure if I have to move back to Ohio or not but if I chose to stay in Pittsburgh then The Alden is my first choice. I truly hope I can stay and continue to work with Miss Cali. During a crazy snow storm our building caught on fire. Immediately the property manager and team went to work on finding new units for the families in our building. They also assured that everyone had shelter during the grace period of them find new units. I am so greatly for their help

Roaches, faulty heat, break ins, poor management, loud

Hi, I have had a very good experience at the Alden over the past 8 years. The leasing staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also, the maintenance staff is very prompt and efficient with any apt issues over the years. Roger in maintenance should be recognized as being very helpful and friendly. Overall, the Alden has been comfortable and accessible to many businesses in the area.

Before you read the reviews, I would definitely recommend going and physically touring this property.

AION Management has been actively working to clean this place up and make it pleasant and worthwhile for everyone.

I went into the application process completely blind, as I needed somewhere to stay after bouncing around in hotels and subleasing until I could get my own place.

I was actually very impressed when I came into my apartment; it was spotless, everything worked as it should, and the... location is perfect!

I would definitely recommend working with Bry and/or Amber at the leasing office because they made the process very easy for me by providing resources, answering any possible questions, and even making the entire process very easy to complete!
