Exit Review
If you're looking for an apartment complex that is within driving distance of a lot of places, this could be a good option for you. I lived in a one-bedroom apartment here for two years, and honestly, the time flew by.
During my stay, I only ran into minor issues for the most part. However, the move-out process was the biggest disappointment for me. The rent price is okay, although it continues to increase without many noticeable improvements to the property. I dealt with thousands of centipedes... during my time there, which suggested there were gaps or openings somewhere in the building. The doors are old and rusty, and there are areas that seem to have simply been painted over rather than properly repaired.
At one point, water leaked into my apartment from the third floor. As a result, my walls remained stained yellow for the rest of my time living there, which also raised concerns about possible mold. A number of issues throughout the apartment felt more like temporary fixes than permanent solutions.
That being said, I want to give credit to the maintenance team. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request, they responded quickly, fixed the issue, and were always friendly and professional.
My biggest frustration was the move-out process. While I understand it's ultimately my responsibility to keep track of lease dates and requirements, I felt that management handled my move-out poorly. They accepted my keys and proceeded with moving me out without any hesitation, even though I was still technically paying rent on the apartment. This left me scrambling to remove the rest of my belongings from a unit that was still mine, while rent was still being charged.
Overall, my two years here were fine. There were several small issues along the way and a frustrating move-out experience, but I was able to make the apartment work during my time there.
