Enjoy access to three lakes with sandy beaches, a ski hill with a rope tow, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a community center. The lakes are stocked with fish, and boating is permitted. In winter, utilize the community's ski hill and sledding hill. Spring and summer offer swimming areas, playgrounds, and courts for various sports. The community clubhouse hosts events like bonfires, performances, and fishing tournaments. The property is also a short drive to top local attractions including ski resorts, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari indoor Waterpark, and The Crossings Outlets.
No smoking or large parties (more than eight people) are permitted on the property. All guests must be registered with the community at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests must enter the correct amount of people, including children, on the reservation. Only guests whose names are on the reservation will be allowed into the community. Vehicle registration is $5. There is a rental fee of $35 for all renters in the community. Any refunds must be requested 7 days or more before the arrival date, with a $10 processing fee. If you register 2 days or less before arrival, you will be charged an extra $35 fee. All pets, including service and ESA, must be disclosed. The minimum age to rent is 25. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion. Guests will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement if any or all keys are subject to negligent malfunctioning, loss or theft, with a $50.00 charge if keys are not returned upon departure. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am.
