The community clubhouse hosts events such as bonfires, performances, bingo, fishing tournaments, and firework shows. All guests must be registered with the community at least 48 hours before check-in. Registration for guests is done online via a provided link. There is a rental fee of $35 for all renters in the community. If you register 2 or fewer days before arrival, an extra $35 fee will be charged.
