Norwegian Manor

Old property that owners have not put any money into in years. Appliances, carpet (yuk), stairwells, grounds all need to be updated. Walls super thin; you hear every noise from neighbors. Always smells of smoke.
Extreme difficulty in getting deposit returned. They do not honor they contract and I had to make several calls, texts and emails to get part of the deposit. Sorry to report this, but don't trust them to do the right thing. Extremely disappointing doing business with them.

So there are pets in the facility. Many people here smoke so i went and bought an ash tray so the dogs around wouldnt eat the cigarette buts. The ash tray has been there for almost a month and a half and now someone stole it. Its just sad you try to make things better so animals dont get sick or so kids dont pick them up, and then someone steals. I know its just an ash tray but with the amount of animals in the facility its just sad!

The apartments are not sound proof. You hear every little noise the neighbors make. It's not friendly and some of the tenants have been known to use drugs regularly.
