Ribbon Factory Lofts

I have been living in this apartment building for 2 and a half years and I absolutely love it! My apartment has so many windows and high ceilings, and it’s so bright and sunny and beautiful! There are so many things I love about this place! The people who live here are generally very friendly and kind and I feel very safe here. The owner is very nice and he is always on top of everything. If I ever need to contact him he always gets back to me quickly and often will send the maintenance... manager over in the same day. The maintenance manager is very nice and helpful as well and always takes care of everything for you if any issues arise, even just minor things from time to time but the building is in my opinion very well taken care of. I love the parking lot because you can almost always get a pretty close spot to the entrance, there’s an elevator, indoor mailboxes and secure package room, laundry rooms (although certain units have their own washer and dryer), and even trash chutes! There are also storage units available on the first floor for a low cost. The apartments are very newly and beautifully updated and very clean! Something I think is really neat and unique about this building is that there are so many different floorplan layouts in the different apartments, and I love the oversized windows that let in so much light! The rent is very affordable and the location is very convenient because it’s really only 2 minutes away from dozens of stores and restaurants, close to 309 and the turnpike, lots of wonderful parks in the area etc. There’s a nice lobby area with a lounge, gym, and a room with a pool table. There is also a nice area outside with two grills and picnic tables for barbecuing when the weather is nice, and an outdoor fire pit. I am so happy with my decision to move in here, and it’s obvious a lot of other people love it too because there are hardly ever any vacancies, so if you get an opportunity to see a vacant unit I’d suggest coming to see it asap before it gets taken! This place was awful to live at. The landlord was a horrible person and could care less for his tenants. All he cared about was money and charging more than the apartment was worth. I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy. THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING HERE.
