Washington Towers

I live on the 12th floor and this place is spacious and cozy. The heater gives a lot of heat during the cold.

Nice location and apartments have a lot of space. Garage doors are constantly breaking and get left open and the elevators are down a lot, so avoid higher floors if you can. A lot of the time only one elevator is up and everyone abuses the hold button so it may take a long time to get the elevator, missed several classes in college due to its unpredictability before I just took the stairs every time. This apartment is spacious compared to some in Reading and the view is beautiful during a sunset. It is right down the street from Goggles art center, IMAX Movie theater and many great restaurants. The only problem is the forever breaking elevator, as someone who lives on a high floor, the never working heat during the winter and the lack of noise privacy due to thinly built walls.
