Loved Brian Courts

Just recently moved out of our two bedroom apartment at Brian Courts, we were there for three years. Absolutely loved it, the apartments are spacious and the property is well kept, we also loved the courtyard. Jack was an absolute pleasure to work with, will definitely recommend and refer anytime.

Quality Management and Communication

My mom is 84 and lived in two separate units. Jack always made himself available to my mom and me. After many years of living in a studio, Jack helped us find a two bedroom within Brian Court and showed understand with rent payments and a smooth transition.
Anything is manageable as long as you have a reliable management team who is good at communicating!

Lived her for 7 years!!!

This was a great home to me as a single mom. Met lots of great friends and neighbors. Jack the manager is super flexible and always kind. This apartment was is such a deal for its location and some apartments are renovated and upgraded too. Only leaving because I am moving in with my fiance. Thanks for all the great memories!!

We loved living there. Everyone was very nice. Only reason we moved was we needed more space since we were having another baby.

This is home

I have lived here for 4+ years and have no intention leaving. I have lived in an apartment all my adult life, but living here has been the best. Rent increases are reasonable, trash is collected 3 times a week, landscaping is beautiful, no critters, maintenance is timely and management is always accessible. I love it here!
