Absolutely horrible apartments. Toured the one apartment that was the "showroom apartment" because we weren't allowed to look a the actual apartment. We were told it was "being cleaned"...Moved in a couple days later and nothing was cleaned. Carpets were disgustingly dirty and fridge had an orange/red stain. Floors were scuffed up, door had a crack and was dented, hard water damage everywhere, and paint chips. We had to clean it ourselves- there was no… refund or compensation from our deposit. Looked nothing like the pictures!! There are no walk-in closets or appliances other than the washer and dryer that never work. Complete dump. We had to ask many times for repairs to be made. Service companies and maintenance would come into the apartment without warning and walk around without permission or tenants present- didn't clean up after themselves and trampled our personal things. Noise is horrible on weekends and throughout the week and landlord does nothing about it. The walls and floors are super thin so you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Marijuana smell in apartment all the time and landlord says "call the police" even though it is in the rent agreement that smoking of any kind is prohibited. Snow isn't cleared until 2-3 days after- landlord says dig your selves out. When it is plowed your car gets plowed in no matter where it is, so you have to dig it out again. Waited weeks to get heat fixed in the winter. Snow removal after 2 days. Had to dig your car our yourself a pathway to get out. Unsafe stairs to the 2nd floor. Huge mice problem. Told them serval times and was told to use our own traps. Never received our deposit back. In the process of settling in court. DON"T RENT FROM THEM!! BEware!!!
