Would not recommend
Lawn is not mowed timely. Looks like a jungle most of the time. People these days are struggling financially due to inflation and they do not want to work with you and want to take you to court if you don't pay your rent by the first even though you can get it paid by the end of the month and add a late fee then another late fee. Seems like they never want you to be able to get ahead. Plus a recent stabbing and nothing ever got emailed to us regarding the situation. There are alot of single… parents and children in the complex. Very disappointed.
