Expensive for poor quality

Do not live here it is the most expensive apartments on campus and there’s spiders, flies, and centipedes all over our apartment since move in. I sent a pest control request a month ago and they haven’t came and the fruit flies infestation is so bad we can’t go into our back porch. I can’t cook in the kitchen. There’s fruit flies in our brita filter water and fridge. Multiple things were broken when we moved in. It wasn’t cleaned before we moved in and there was food and red dye in our kitchen… cabinets. We’re living with bugs and I have contacted them five times to fix this.

I have lived here for the last year, and I renewed for a second year. Very nice property with helpful staff and amenities like the pool and 24-hour gym.

Great Place To Live!

I have lived at The Grove for two years now and it has been such a nice experience. Office staff is very helpful and maintenance team is fast! I enjoyed the 24/7 gym a lot during living here.

Grove at Slippery Rock

I can say hands down it is the best apartment complex around campus. The front desk staff is great, when you need maintenance, they come immediately, and overall a great community. Will be living here again.
