Not bad.

Decent place. Good location, within walking/biking distance of Penn State. Only complaints would be that my apartment was constantly +15 degrees hotter than the hallway at all times; and when I was forced to pay an extra $125 to get back into my apartment, they never sent me another copy of my key (which is in the contract we all sign). Decent place though.
